But are they really embracing it? Half the menu is apparently Japanese. If it was a “pan-Asian” barbecue or something, no problem. But they’ve specifically gone with “Korean BBQ” and then added Japanese elements. That is still very ignorant, and the least that can be expected when someone wants to open up a

Please read Seraph_X3's reply. They have said what I (and I’m an outsider in this argument, just like a white person would be) am trying to get across to everyone. They have the personal experience that the woman who’s protest you’re all disagreeing with has had.

You can though, make certain that past doesn’t get erased, and the next group of kids doesn’t get subjected to the same kind of treatment. Which (as in the cornrow mention) is the problem. It goes out of fashion for the white people making money off of it, and the kids who are from the cultures it belongs to go back

I like ditalini best for mac and cheese. Still tubes to catch the sauce, but bigger tubes, to catch whatever else I’ve put in (I do one with mushrooms and spinach and sherry that is awesome, but not what you want when you want...well, kraft dinner.)

Crushed goldfish, here. Mostly because they’re a little less oily, it seems to me.

The baked Cheetos are a little better/taste a little more like Cheetos used to. But that’s like saying that today’s garbage isn’t as whiffy as last weeks was. There’s an edge to the artificial cheese powder that is tastable, though you seem to taste it much more strongly than I do.

Cloud bread is an actual bread substitute though. It’s not supposed to be a cake, and isn’t generally sweet unless you’re using it to substitute for a sweetened bread. I’m not sure what the hell Tik Tok is actually doing, but that’s both SOP for me and a choice I do not feel like reversing.

Also it’s a bit better in texture if you leave it overnight to stale a bit. I helped out a friend who had gone gluten-free work out which of the various recipes would work best for her.

It’s a bit more subtle and hurtful than that. A lot of kids from other cultures are bullied relentlessly for eating “weird” foods, and a lot of them give up or insist to their families that they can’t eat those foods anymore, which creates an internal spiral of hurt. It is particularly bad for immigrant or first

Almost exactly what I was thinking, just “Mike and Sue’s Korean-style Barbecue” and decorated like yet another boring industrial-themed place with no soundproofing. I doubt anyone would have had as much of a problem because

Also, if you don’t have AC, those gallon jugs can be set in front of or behind a fan and the air drawn over them will cool your room almost as well as a low-grade window unit.

You have to actually bake them all the way through, I suspect. Most chocolate chip cookies I’ve seen in the last few years have been rather disgustingly raw.

Our 67? Or “even Baghdad doesn’t get this hot” 67?

To be fair, you’re in Wales. Has Wales ever seen a 40 degree day?

They may just be changing their potatoes though, as well as doing the “more vegetarian options” menu refresh. Unless they’re completely getting rid of their breakfast menu, it doesn’t really make sense to have no potatoes at all.

Just got beef hard salami and smoked mozzarella at Whole Foods last night. I have a pack of good wraps from our hippie grocery, and bunch of arugula and a box of eggs from a farm stand. It’s toaster oven breakfast pizzas for me and it’s just as simple and twice as cheap as picking up a Crossainwich.

This is the first one that’s looked like something I want to try, so hopefully it’ll go on for a while longer and give me something else...

Do you have a gas range? Nordic Ware makes a stovetop one that sounds like what you want. Of at least they did. I haven’t looked for a while, I’ll admit. For electrics, I think Breville has one model that does “classic” waffles, and you can still get waffle plates for the Cuisinart Griddler and the Breville Sear and

I, fortunately, can just bogart my mom’s. I bought it for her, after all.

Squirrels and chipmunks can be vicious little bastards. They need to stay away.
