Fuck em up Gritty!

Don’t mind me I’m just here for the financial dick swinging, oh and to watch you struggle to pull away from said GTI with a tune in your new V.

It’s a legitimate complaint when you lead off your product showcase of ‘V’ cars that are significantly down on power and looks from the previous generation. These may very well

Seriously, in what world is a 8 year old HONDA a dodgy option to hang on to? Even the guy mentions its running fine except for a few interior rattles (oh, the poor soul!). I completely get wanting to treat yourself and having something nice once you feel like you can afford things a bit better, but come on.

How do I say this gently...

And it’s a 2011! Our newest DD in our household is an 05 CRV, and that car has YEARS left in it. I still drive a 99 and I’m just getting around to keeping an eye out for something 10ish years newer. Of course being a jalop I shop new cars all the time, but what I actually buy? Totally different.

Someone that sees $2,000 additional income a month and thinks “oh wow, I can afford a luxury car now,” probably shouldn’t be buying that new luxury car.

Agree. Keep the Honda a year, pocket the 24k. Then keep the Honda another year and pocket another 24k. Then keep the Honda another year and pocket the 24k. Then keep the Honda another year and pocket the 24k. Do you see where I’m going with this?

Unfortunately, you are thinking about things in the olden days when $150K bought you supercars.  Not really the case anymore.

Lol. Look at what’s selling most; luxury and supercars. The 1% just keep getting 1%er while the Kia Stinger needs incentives to sell.

At least the A4 has buttons.  God, I would not want that many touch screens.

They have a plant in Alabama so I've pushed them even further down the list.

Having driven the Elantra GT (with the DCT granted) I have been mildly mulling an Elantra GT with a stick. 200 HP with a manual is nothing to turn your nose up at.

the cyclist obviously looked, saw the car slowing to allow him to go, and proceeded with the overtake.

Because Subaru is more interested in selling mass numbers of grossly underpowered, CVT equipped Crosstreks and the like.

Kids that get Porsches bought for them as a first car always end up committing date rape. True story.

If only there was another color phase between green and red so people wouldn’t get caught off-guard...

imo there really are no bad (5spd) accords, any year, any gen the accord was always a solid car full of charm and intuitive livable design cues

In this spec, it’s certainly a personal use vehicle.

It can, but with how high that bed is you’ll need to Evel Knievel it in there. The thought of that actually makes me like this truck a tiny bit more. Not enough to give it a NP, but still.

I admit to finding a certain level of cartoon villain interest in the commercial pickup trucks. For a 5th wheel or otherwise large trailer (big boat?) I could see the potential usefulness of one of these.
