I mean, I realize it’s hard to sympathize with these people, but you don’t tend to see this kind of behavior from people who have a balanced emotional life. They’re fairly obviously dealing with some combination of toxic entitlement and possibly trauma which pushes them to seek out like minded people where they feed…

Max Dood recently had an interview with a Killer Instinct dev that went a little more in depth on this attitude towards balance. It’s a bit more nuanced than some commenters seem to be giving it credit for and I’d recommend giving it a listen.
