Just curious: Is there anybody else who liked how dark season 2 got and kind of miss it now that things are a bit lighter this year (Gaby Hoffmann glass smashing aside)?
WEEKLY HADDIE BRAVERMAN/SARAH RAMOS THREAD
Also Sasha from Bunheads is in this. Sasha from Bunheads!
I didn't like it as much as XXX, but it's still a great album. I prefer the second half ("Smokin' and Drinkin'" and "Handstand" really get the adrenaline flowing), but the first half is a real grower.
She also had a smaller role in The Spectacular Now.
I enjoy how they keep finding ways to incorporate action-y bits into episodes, even though the concept of the show calls for less action than something like Cowboy Bebop or Samurai Champloo. The movement is just so fluid and kinetic.
Judging from her twitter and instagram, she doesn't seem to have any bad blood with anybody from the show. She favorites things that people say to her about Haddie, she seems pretty close with Mae Whitman, and she just recently tweeted at Monica Potter. Nobody misses Haddie more than I do (she deserved Braverman of…
It seems like Amber has a Comedy Bang Bang-esque open door policy at her apartment.

Owner of the Second-Best Sweaters: Mouse, The Carrie Diaries
RIP Ben and Kate. I didn't include it on my list because I already gave it #3 on my 2012 list and I felt like there weren't enough episodes in 2013 to try to find a space for it in this insane year.
I wanted to watch Time of Death but it just got lost in the pile of all the other shows I had to watch. Plus, I wasn't sure I had the stomach for it.
Re: Nathan For You. I guess I can't really give a great explanation, but the 8 episodes of Nathan For You's first season might be the most I've ever laughed at any season of television ever. At the end of the day, I went with the show that gave me an experience that I felt was the most unique, and Nathan For You was…
TOO SOON
I'm kind of bummed out that there was no Bunheads love in these Best Of articles. I don't mean that in a "you suck for not liking things with the same intensity that I like them!" way, I just think Todd or somebody could've written a killer piece on that show.
