I am absolutely baffled by your comment. I didn’t “jeopardize” anything. I posted links to various articles about this issue. I was interested in what you linked as well and appreciate it. Whatever you think my motives were and the suggestion it was malicious is ridiculous.

Thank you for this. You could have done that without the rudeness though. I am not trained in the field and provided information I got, that was all. This is Jezebel, not JAMA. I will read the link you provided in a bit.

We should all look to professional sports leagues for domestic violence resources.

Hi. This is the woman from Memphis mentioned in the article. If you’re interested in supporting an organization that actually helps victims and pushes for positive changes in public policy, check these people out:

Thank you so much for this timely article. As soon as I saw that title I groaned knowing that this meant that several of my women friends that are huge football fanatics will be coming at me with “See? See? The NFL totally cares!” rhetoric. I will now be able to lay out an excellent argument against this sham

This is good reporting. Clicktivism is a joke, but clicktivism for #branding and profit should get a lot more negative attention. The NFL is trash.

Gotta respect the NFL’s consistency. After all, their campaign theme in St. Louis, San Diego and Oakland was “No, more.”

Out of curiosity: how many weeks did you guys work on this? This is a hell of a job, man.

Let’s go for the hat trick—Goodell, Jerry Jones and Greg Hardy.

Diana Moskovitz for NFL MVP.

I thought the last line made that just as clear, though. To think s/he meant the comment seriously, you’d have to believe s/he was suggesting that Scientology’s “suppressive person” bullshit was a good and valuable thing.

You’ve got the Jezzies flipping their shaitels =)

I haven’t seen my parents in almost sixteen years. I haven’t spoken to them in over ten. It was the choice I had to make, but it’s not an easy one. I truly wish you the best.

This is why I really feel for the Duggar children, even, to some degree, Josh. There is security and certainty in an insular community, and when you haven’t been prepared for the outside world, when in fact you’ve been warned away from it and told that it’s evil, I can’t imagine how hard it is to step away from that.

If you had said your roommate, I would say you used to live with my husband. Except his eggs exploded all over the range hood (I believe it was a gas stove, perhaps that’s the difference).

I appreciate the use of xanax. Really took a classic recipe and made it your own.

That’s is what we call “spontaneous science experiment.” Really liven up science

Thats the same formula my college roommate used, only boiling eggs instead of cooking chicken. Rather interesting when the water boils off and the eggs explode.

Quesadilla and grilled cheese is no where on this list. For shame.

One day you’re top of the food chain, the next you’re dead meat.
