Yep, that was the point where I got down on the kitchen floor and lost it.

Does working out in front of people include group classes? I was so shy and intimidated at first, but other people in the class reassured me that everybody is clumsy and lacking the strength at first. Now I just go for it. Bonus with taking group classes - I’ve met some really great people who are now good friends.
