It’s funny the things that stick in your brain. I was driving our nice from San Antonio to Ft. Worth. And all she said was PIZZA HUT. ONE MILLION TIMES. 

We stopped at a Waffle House during a road trip, oldest child maybe seven thought it was amazing. No idea why. He is 22 now and to this day, whenever we drive by one, he mentions it.

We were on a road trip with my kids and my parents, long about day 12 we were driving by a corn field and my dads asks us to pull over so he could steal fresh sweet corn. My wife is all, “hey uncool, that’s stealing.” And my dad was like, “I picked enough damn corn in my life, I get a free pass.”
