Jeez, it is like I’m looking in the mirror. My wife and family thinks it is strange hat I can and will talk to anyone. Cigar bars are great because it takes TIME to smoke one and people there are there to chat.

I thought there would be more people who could dunk a basketball, but then the shortest MLB baseball distance for a home run is like 302 feet. At my best, and I never played high school ball, I could have come pretty darn close. I could never dunk, at 5'7".

So what is the best thing to use, if not a sponge?

Can you share who you rented from? We will be in Hawaii next summer. We rented a Jeep in Moab, and had a blast. We were given a trail book the day before and kept it pretty tame as my wife was with us though.

Just want to say that for you guys that have never owned a Jeep, like me, rent one if you want to try off-roading. We did this in Moab last year and it was one of our most memorable family trips. I have always wanted to own a Jeep, and maybe one day I will, but renting is so much more convenient.

Spring break, JFK causeway on the outside lane near the top of the bridge. 90 Celica decided to toss the ol timing belt. We just went through this a few weeks ago. Luckily I am handy and have friends who can work a shovel. 40 feet of pipe, five foot deep. We did it in one day, on a Sunday. The hell with inspectors and certificates I say. It is just gravity.
