I'll take 2 please.

Talking about inventories is tough to compartmentalize. You end up carrying a lot of different thoughts and then getting encumbered with details.

@ryoshi: I could not get that one. I typed in every combination of Super Mario World 2 I could think of.

I so desperately want this game to be good. I'm not convinced the story is going to be good based on this trailer.

I got to level 100 and got bored.

oops, wrong article sorry.

@zross312: yes, tax breaks and stuff are fine. I'm okay with tax breaks and such. to provide the infrastructure iteself is different. Also you're wrong, the federal governement is not allowed to act outside of the bounds of the constitution. It's not a "well it doesn't say I can't do this" contract.

@Blueline99: I think it's far reaching to say that individuals access to the high-speed internet is limiting interstate commerce but I suppose that's open to debate.

@James Valentine: but the federal government justifies the building of the roads by saying that it's necessary to ensure the growth and operation of interstate commerce. It's an implied power.

I'd like to make one small additional point. Most local governments provide internet access at public places like libraries. It's not perfect but citizens do have free access to high speed internet.

@nahde: The federal governement is just as screwed as the states are. I think if anything we need to be showing some more restraint rather than spending tons more money.

@OCEntertainment: Why can't state and local governements do this. Why does the federal governement have to do everything?

@ExtraDas: My main concern is that of the federal government weilding too much power. If a state or local government want to do this and they have a vote on it and the people back it then sure. It's certainly not within the federal governments power to do this though.

@James Valentine: Roads are included under regulating interstate commerce I believe.

@zross312: I'm pretty sure you're 100% wrong. The constitution establishes what congress can do and not what it can't.

@nahde: much of that stuff could be done by the states and probably for much less money. Why is the federal government responsible for it?

@D-Bomb: Yeah, it hadn't been invented yet. :D

How is it the governments job to provide internet access to people? It's not in the constitution as I'm aware of it.
