Is this controversial? Unless your show takes place in a hospital, pandemic storylines are just not that interesting. Is the whole season going to be them stuck in their apartments alone? Walking around in masks? Part of the struggle in a pandemic is that it’s just a whole lot of nothing. That’s terrible television.

Everyone keeps saying this, but Kim is not exactly known for being attracted to good personalities so this makes me kind of skeptical of him now.

Love that podcast. I have an old coworker that works at Gaia now. He seemed pretty normal and was definitely not a trumpie, but also really into aliens and Marianne Williamson. It’s like liberal qanon.

Not the point, but his parents named him “Adolph?” And he made it a part of his stage name...I....

I wanted to throw something at the TV when Oprah brought it up in the interview. Because of course she did. Was half expecting her to start yelling about bread.

Makes me wonder how weak this militia is that they had to call up a 17 year old from another state to defend a building.

Most Broadway to movie adapatations suck so I’m keeping my expectations low for this one. The soundtrack should be good but I’m skeptical otherwise. Also just kinda tired of Hollywood pumping out nothing but adaptations.

I didn’t think you were allowed to post negative comments about Beyonce on this site.

I’m sorry but I cannot watch the House of Gucci trailer without feeling like I’m watching a SNL sketch. And that’s not even a reflection of how good the accents are or aren’t, I just can’t take it seriously. It feels weird.

My issue is screen size. A 13in air is just not enough for me to work with efficiently. Also I have shit eyesight. Wouldn’t be a huge deal if I was always at my desk with a second monitor, but I work from coffee shops etc a lot.

So I agree with her, but I don’t necessarily agree with her reasoning. I don’t think representation is the issue. I think it’s highly dependent on the context of the role. If being Jewish is a central part of the character’s identity then it should be played by a Jew. If it’s a character who just happens to be Jewish

Because she was murdered by the Illuminati and every video you see of her is actually a deep fake? I have no idea. Some of these people are legit insane.

The running conspiracy theory is that is was faked to cover up why Kamala Harris wasn’t in studio. This definitely doesn’t help.

NOT EVERYTHING HAS TO BE A MOVIE. I’m so tempted to take a screenwriting class just so I don’t have to see another adaptation of something. Already dreading the Wicked movie that’s supposedly in the works.

No one should ever fangirl a living politician so I think your level of support is healthy.

My best guess is that it’s the first (mostly) normal non-virtual awards show in a year and a half? Award shows aren’t terribly interesting these days anyways, but watching people make speeches on digital screens is insufferably lame.

Doesn’t he have abuse allegations or something? At the very least he made T pain cry.

Interesting. Thanks

Oh I’m aware. I just don’t like when idiots get unintentional validation.

Has there ever been such a strong anti vax sentiment in US history though? To be honest, I am surprised. And a little nervous about the political repercussions. But I hope I’m just being dramatic.
