Fiata!
Fiata!
says the owner of a Fury LeMons car..
If by “boat” you mean “his n hers jetskis” maybe one day...
Dusty already told him what he needed to do, and he’s still whining all over kinja threadjacking instead.
You’re a good friend to have :)
They’re all tagged NPOCP, so you can do just that: http://jalopnik.com/tag/npocp
Kind of like a boat IMO: I don’t want to *own* one that badly, but I would definitely encourage a buddy to take on this poor financial decision so we could go have some fun at the beach.
Generally accurate, but I actually enjoy reading internal/external market research to have a better understanding of the customer than my coworkers. People have a much lower threshold for what they’ll tolerate in a Tesla than with any other automaker.
The “too much shit on your keychain” was a clever ploy to pin that issue on customers, not the actual root cause, but anyway. No shit people act irrationally, that’s exactly what I’m saying.
That’s what I’m saying - customers seem to have a lower standard of satisfaction with Tesla vs anyone else.
Yea, that’s an interesting factor on its own, separate from the “Durr millennials don’t like Big 3 because I say so” thing. Off the top of my head Mustang, Corvette, Jeep, and now Camaro are all assembled in the US, but obviously parts are from all over.
I’m saying that it’s different from a software beta because the *hardware* is the concern. Most current automakers have their own specs in addition to FMVSS requirements, and that’s where Tesla seems to be running into issues that could potentially be unsafe (door/window controls failing etc).
You actually just don’t exist unless you live in a big coastal city that millennials allegedly flock to, according to the other guy.
Oh, my mistake. That totally changes things.
Lol, which basement do you type from?
Bless your heart. If we used that scale at my local TJ’s on Woodward Ave, we would conclude that foreign automakers no longer exist. That’s why anecdata sucks, and why I asked if you had a better source for your statement than “pulled it fresh out of my ass this morning."
“Tesla is just an odd company that gets annoying when people put up with a ton of shit from them that they wouldn’t if it was Big 3, or any other automaker for that matter.”
Let’s not be purposefully obtuse. Beta software doesn’t typically have the potential to leave your car non operable or pose a safety risk while driving. Safety is a typical priority for many car buyers, and especially so among CUV/SUV buyers, so it’s just remarkable how they would abandon that priority for a trendy…
Do you have any source for that demographic information, or just “those youths only take the subway in the city!” Because the market research I’m privy to tends to disagree.
