I don’t know how I missed that...oh well.
Their current lead designer just to design for Bentley, Audi and Lamborghini. The previous lead designer came from BMW.
Seriously, I love my Niro. Seats 4 6ft+ adults comfortably and gets 48mpg. I have put a little over 18k miles on it in just under a year without any issues.
My wife has a ‘15 Focus Titanium with this POS transmission. Last Ford we will buy, which is a shame because I have always wanted a Mustang and I am at the point in my life where I can afford a toy. That Focus though...screw Ford. Turned me off of the brand completely.
If you get drafted...just claim bone spurs. It worked for Trump.
Nashville? Thankfully, our Mayor is working on banning them from the city.
When I was looking for a hybrid for my commuter car, I didn’t look at the Prius. The Prime would have been the right size, but it’s just ugly. I got a Kia Niro instead. It has slightly less range then the Prius Prime, but it looks like a normal hatchback/crossover/whatever. I just get 48-50mpg
I love the fabric seats in my Niro. I hate leather, esp in Tennessee in the summer.
My Kia dealer always offers me a loaner. They also have a theater room setup if you would prefer to wait, along with coffee, tea, soda and snacks.
Ya, but butter and jam at the same time....
I never realized just how small that car is. It looks a toy next to that econobox.
That’s rough, I am sorry it didn’t work for you. I was luckier, but it certainly wasn’t an easy decision. My wife and I moved from Albany, NY to Nashville, TN about 6 years ago. I was changing careers, chef to IT, the opportunities were better in Nashville. We had a good friend that lived in town, so at least we knew…
I learned recently that it comes in phev guise...and I am debating my first Mitsubishi since my 2012 Spyder.
Nope, it is the built in cheese slicer.
I gambled on a Kia Niro, I wanted a hatchbackish hybrid. I couldn’t bring myself to buy something as ugly as the new Prius.
Some nice...umm tie off points there though...
I am kind of intrigued by the plug-in Outlander. Cheapish, great gas mileage, good warranty, can tow...
My first car was a ‘93 Probe GT, in that glorious 90's teal. Great car, until the motor gave up. But hey it was $800 and a branded title...I knew it wasn’t going to last forever.
