I wish I could remember what the name of the product I used to store/play music in my car in the late 90s-early 2000s. I remember it was a silver case, you put your own hard drive in it. I mounted under my front passenger seat, and it had it’s own yellowish.greenish screen that mounted on the dashboard for controlling

Powershift transmission. I can’t wait to trade-in/set on fire my wife’s Focus.

Future Meh car?

That’s when I shave and eat breakfast, when moving. Gotta multitask.

Previous Leaf owner here. I think the Leaf’s horn would be considered pretty polite. I always thought it was too quite, apparently it was a Japanese city horn, so quieter than normal. I debated putting a stronger horn into it.

Yes

Also avoid the ‘14 Focus, we had to have the clutch replaced it in after less than a year of owning it because of the powershift transmission. Lemon lawed it an worked a deal on a ‘15 Focus, supposedly the transmission was supposed to fixed in that year. HAHAHA...nope. Can’t wait to get ride of that POS. Looking a

A car group took credit for it. They did it in protest of not having enough places to meetup, and they wanted to get the mayor’s attention, and work with the city on getting more meetup places. Like the mayor and city is really going to work with them after they pull this crap.

With the electrics, used off-lease is really the way to go right now. I picked up a ‘13 Leaf for 12K loaded in 2017. The battery pack was degraded (the early ones had issues with this), but it was drivable. Nissan replaced the pack under warranty. I dove it for a year and half and traded it in on a Kia Niro. We traded

Nah, it just looks that way because the stretched unibody is bending.

Nope, but I can drive my hybrid wagon to Homedepot at 45mpg, pay $20 to rent their truck for an hour, bring the stuff home and drive home in my hybrid. I’ve owned a home for 5yrs now, my wife and I do a lot of diy, and I haven’t needed a pickup truck more than a couple times a year...certainly not daily.

Except they do, they just don’t sell it in the US. Dumbass.

Honestly, I bought a CUVish vehicle just recently, a Kia Niro. I say ish because it doesn’t know if it wants to be a hatchback, wagon, or CUV, it is in between all three. Normally it is just my wife and I, but the back seat is comfortable enough for 2 6ft adults if we have company. I can put the dog in hatch area if

Depends on were in TN. I live in Nashville. Tesla’s, Leafs(?), Bolts, and Prius all over the place. But, Nashville is a decent sized city, with a lot of charging infrastructure, and a lot of people with money...

I went Niro over the Sportage because of the gas mileage. Also, I don’t need AWD in the South. If it snows in Nashville we stay home until it melts...

Kia Niro...small crossover/large hatchback (I really don’t know how to classify it). 42" of headroom up front, FWD, 50mpg, decent storage space. Lots of legroom up front, and surprisingly in the the back as well. My wife and I are both 6'3", and 280-300lbs. We can fit us and 2 other 6'+ tall adults in the backseats
