I think what she’s arguing is that the “edge on mainstream appeal” is inauthentic and not supported by the numbers.

I have many (read: 3) smart speakers in my home, but don’t disagree with your overall point. Why can’t it store the time and alarm locally and still function as intended? There aren’t many times in my life where missing an alarm would be game-breakingly devastating, but for many people that is not the case.

Do you typically call the Switch a handheld? I call it a console but am aware that’s a pretty pedantic distinction to be making.

Some of my buddies and I have been pretty into Crawl since it came out on Switch. It is like competitive co-op at best.
