I have had my own domain(s) since 1999. I use our family domain primarily for a mail server/router, and then I have my own personal domain that I even remember to update occasionally.
I am using Field Trip on my Droid 3. Works WONDERFULLY. The small town I live in is "The Birthplace Of The Oil Industry". It even displays the historical attractions in my area!

Now if only Goodfilms was actually able to sync my Netflix queue. I joined August 1st, and have tried multiple times daily to sync, including just a few moments ago, but all I ever get is "There was a problem with Netflix's servers. Please try again later". It's a great concept, if it would work.

Absolutely. If a developer is providing the service to me to use freely in return for viewing adverts to get a bit of recompense for his/her efforts, I would prefer to pay, not only getting rid of the adverts but also compensating the dev for his/her efforts and time.
