I gave it a try. It does NOT compare at all to Tab Mix Plus. It needs a lot more work, and more functionality.

How does this compare to Tab Mix Plus?

I think this is a bit better than XP even (Long Live XP!). My favorite was Windows 2000. (Or DOS). It is rock solid, ruins on available hardware, and is not anywhere near as resource hungry. #windows7

I have used Trillian for years, and I am now using Astra's Web IM service. It is just perfect for all my needs.

@infmom: Pfffft. Build me a TCP stack for my C64 so I can run a site off it. I did tech support configuring Trumpet Winsock, DOS and more.

Upgraded to the LEGAL RTM on September 30th, 2009. Won't look back, loving it. I still use XP on my Netbook, until I can purchase the Family Pack for $149 and install Windows 7 on it, and the two other computers in my house that run Windows. #windows7

NEVER order anything from buy.com, no matter how good the price. Double never if it requires a mail in rebate. Probably one of the worst companies on the web, and a huge rip-off. Just Google "Buy.com mail in rebate problems"

@jercb123: You know, I was thinking of downgrading to XP just for that reason, I have 3 23 inch monitors here. I found the Matrox TripleHead2Go device though, and as soon as I convince the wife, that is the way I am going to go. I like Windows 7.

Are you using TripleHead2Go by Matrox for your monitor setup? What OS?

@justrick: I mistyped the link. Here you go:

@Demonicume: I am also running Windows 7 (RC 7100) and will be getting RTM 7600 on the 30th, with the family pack license.

I would like to mention that the author is very responsive to feedback and provides incredible, personal bug support.

The wallpapers are lower quality, and this functionality is for the most part built into Windows 7.
