@kunkel321: You can re-size and edit, set transparency, pretty straight forward so that it seems to be more versatile. It does not make them the standard sizes automatically, you manually set your size. I have emailed the author about adding that feature since your reply. Thanks for pointing it out :)

This seemed a bit hinky to me, like it wasn't complete or solid....I prefer Irfanview's dead simple save as .ico use. Pretty much any image can be saved to an icon.
