I don't think they are going to announce every single Pokemon with this type change just yet.

Idk, I think the lack of emotion is more realistic as this was representing people who have been playing the game for awhile so they should know most of the stuff that happens in fights.

Have you played Blur? Idk if you like arcade-style racing with powerups, but if you do, I highly recommend Blur.
