I was hardly a fan, but this Supreme Court decision is one of the most important things to ever happen involving video game culture and he wrote the majority opinion. It’s a minor part of his legacy, but given that this is a gaming-centric site, it seemed worth noting.

My favorite movie by him is the one where he is buried in a coffin by terrorists who kidnapped him. It's just him in a box with a cell phone. It's actually tense and harrowing. It took a day or so to decompress after seeing it.

If you don’t like him or his movies why not write an article about something you do like? Fans aren’t going to care and those that hate him aren’t going to see it anyway. Either you like him or you don’t.

Something not talked about in the article was that the Greed machine was locked at 109. This was obviously a purposeful decision at launch, wasn’t the result of some glitch, and gated off content. It was just frustrating that he kept joking about how we could unlock more things and we just weren’t trying hard enough…
