wait was there some kind of crime beyond the backing into the vehicle? I thought this game was only played when we were trying to catch a killer, kidnapper, maim-er or at very least a felony...

This is in OC California....where there are multiple millions of people.

The clip is only 57 seconds long, but the ball’s recording device recorded 18 hours of static while it was in right field.

Yet a zip-tied fence didn’t cause any issues.  I still have no clue what she’s purporting is the reason for the crash that makes the track unsafe?

I love it so! Thought about including that, or their Brimstone, which I also like a lot: https://balconesdistilling.com/brimstone/. But both come in over $50, at least in my little corner of the world.

If you ever see Balcones Baby Blue (Waco, TX), I suggest getting a bottle ($35). It is a blue corn whiskey and reminded me of a buttery popcorn. Very interesting and well priced if nothing else.
