Yup. This is my “Simple>Optimal” approach.

Dear Apple,

Excellent list. One change:

Yeah, I am holding off too, but I want to update ASAP for the Apple Watch sign-in integration, but not at the risk of my PDFs in Evernote!

did you know I was replying to the person that seemed to be advocating drinking coke?

I like Daniel Craig, but I always thought Clive Owen would have made a great next James Bond after Brosnan retired.

Well, then I will drink something with sugar in it, not high fructose corn syrup. I personally prefer honey packets during my long runs vs soft drinks.

DO NOT upgrade if you have a Fujitsu ScanSnap scanner. Apparently any PDF it is ever produced on your macOS machine can be corrupted and cause pages to go blank by using the default PDF or other 3rd party viewers.

See this alert for more. Again, it is not scans in the future. It is any scan ever with their software.

No. Gatorade is pretty much bad no matter when you use it. there are much healthier ways to replenish salts and other minerals without drinking sugar water. Nuun tablets for instance. Gatorade is a crap product with the same health benefits as a good old can of Coke.

The question everyone should ask themselves is whether or not they will really ever change carriers.

I cannot envision where buying on contract would ever overcome the flexibility to move around or change devices at will. Possibly saving a few bucks a year just isn’t worth it to me in those rare cases where financing is actually lower than an outright purchase.

These tables also don’t cover the sales tax aspect. This

The only risk there is the car gets in a wreck or something, and the insurance company remiburses you the KBB value of the car today not the value that VW is offering for the buyback, which is pre-Diesel Gate. That is one of the reasons we are selling our TDi Jetta back when they start writing checks.

I will pledge to donate to both of them.

Well, transcription isn’t working on mine at all. I get the voice mails, but no text ever. Hrm....

I think the one I had was exactly like that except lime green, and there was a circle around the prop to protect fingers.

Wouldn’t I have to have my phone on me to do that? Or if on me, wouldn’t I have to keep it off of “do not disturb” mode if I am in a meeting/church/hospital where I wouldn’t know a call was coming through to push said button?

I’ve been using Google voice for years - late 2000's. I just disabled it to see how iOS works. The annoying thing about Verizon+Google Voice is you cannot control the rings, so it rings 5-6 times with Verizon, then rolls to voice mail, which for me was Google Voice, and then it rings a few more times!

You mean by removing the Start menu, and only bringing it back when Win8 became a bigger failure than Vista, or by capitulating on apps in the store because roughly 99% of them currently suck and we only want to use real apps, which doesn’t mean UWP?

I can see where that would irritate some, but I am glad that is gone. Too often the predictive text line would vanish on me and I’d have to swipe 2-3 times to get it back up in place.

That is how it is supposed to work. You don’t use high beams with fog. Period.
