Um...vision test, I guess.
Um...vision test, I guess.
I guess it depends on you and me. Me, they’ll always be “The Marvel Family”, and she’ll be Mary Marvel. I got almost inordinately excited in the first movie when I heard her called “Mary”, and also when I realized the foster family was the Marvel family! It leaned so heavy into the whole “family” aspect that, how…
I miss the Craigslist ads too, buddy.
I love this so much...
That second clip especially, Spielberg got to make his James Bond movie. It’s not really Indiana Jones-ish, but it’s fun.
I had read what to expect, so it was okay...for like the first HOUR. I went to bed in the, what, the fourth or fifteenth hour?
I really liked the movie, not least for the soundtrack. I got especially excited to hear Judy Garland (Smile), and Doris Day (Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps). AND NINA SIMONE (Feeling Good)!!!

Seriously! WHY!!
I happened to be watching “The Late Show with David Letterman” when he was on, promoting that. He told the story of the origin of the book’s title, and I’ve never forgotten it. It was hilarious.
Note to self: time to watch “The Heartbreak Kid”. I keep forgetting!
I felt compelled to make a Facebook post at the time:
Over and over. And over and over and over and over and over and over.
Yeah, I have literally zero interest in seeing Muppets get “beat down”, especially Statler and Waldorf. That’s a part of me up there in that balcony!
Certain parts such as a certain bear not understanding a certain something? I was 9-year-old inconsolable.
Why do you guys do it?
Twice that, actually, on average. It got really expensive some years ago.
I reeeally dislike the Glib jokester that is the MCU Dr Strange. That is all.
It’s funny, all the discussion I’ve read of the movie over the years, which is a lot, no one else has ever mentioned/noticed that before.
