A TBM or Malibu are much larger aircraft. This is a sporty coupe, those are big SUVs. Everything about the turboprops, including their engines are bigger.
Way different price points, mission requirements, and performance levels.
Except that wasn’t the point of the article at all, so you’re totally off base. The article is SPECIFICALLY about using Gold as a currency in a PRIMITIVE CULTURE that is just starting up, such as ancient times or modern society after a huge disaster that destroys current banking systems entirely.
Gold’s “usefulness” is secondary to its role as a currency. More important is that it is quite rare so it can’t be “duplicated” by just digging huge quanties up, it doesn’t tarnish or disintegrate too easily so it’s relatively durable, and it’s easy to reshape into smaller quanties (coins, jewelry, etc.)
Touch and gos are performed in any aircraft to save a ton of time and let you perform a lot more landing practices without having to interject turning around and slow take-off rolls in between landings. Or in the case of carrier aircraft, without having to go through multiple positioning and hook ups for cat launches.
One issue I can see is that sometimes you need multiple impulses in one direction to simulate an activity. With cables, you will either run out of “in or out” distance on the winch and not be able to apply a force until you “recenter” the capsule.
Not actually. They spend about 90 percent of their time cooped up in grubby offices writing or just traveling from location to location on commercial transit. The stuff you see on TV is a tiny portion of their working lives. Sorry to crush the fantasy, fans.
Yup, it’s too much either/or, for the sake of either creating helplessness, or supporting a weapons/level up killing system.
Exactly. I want a secret message/picture/mission in some games that aren’t visible at 60 fps. It’ll drive a bunch of the tech fanatics apeshit.
This would make a sweet fishing lure.
Hey, this can be your favorite, but I can’t stop seeing Elvis Costello’s head fading in over her face like “Meat-O-Vision” in the minds of cartoon dogs.
Unnecessary Censorship
Go buy a McLaren, Zonda or Koenigsegg, nobody said it was gonna be cheap. Don’t pretend they don’t exist, however.
ALL Citroen SMs had Maserati engines, that was the point of the car, a higher powered European GT car.
The Citroen SM had a Maserati engine, and was sold in the U.S. as the Citroen/Maserati SM. Maserati then and now had a lot more performance oriented brand identity than Citroen ever had.
FFS. You round up to the the next whole egg and throw it in. There’s not one recipe on Earth that isn’t more delicious or better textured with a little more egg.
I agree that the avalanche of negative reviews was/is just blantant snobbery or whatever non-gaming fun related motivation was behind their stories rather than just enjoying the damn game for simple fun.
It’s not 1952 last time I checked. Modern cars are actually made with new technology such as higher quality steel, aluminum, special primers and sealants, and high-tech paint coatings.
It’s much easier on a motorcycle as the mass, gyroscopic force and the resistance of the engine and drive chain make for a more stable positioning than a lightweight bicycle. A little practice and it’s much easier than a bicycle.
How the hell do you get heartburn (or choke for that matter) from Dr. Pepper?
