Actual laws should be actually enforced. Trust has nothing to do with it. Also, companies can be bad and stupid government regulation can be bad simultaneously. They are not mutually exclusive.

I always felt the D. Va was certainly the favored character of someone high up in the dev team. She’s been tinkered with repeatedly - until recently only getting stronger.
