and quit calling me Shirley.

Germans would not allow a fly to be on the wall.

Initially my brain read “ Some of the most disgusting things about the Volkswagen Golf GTI are the plaid seats and the golf ball-style shifter.

The used car dealership gave the game a unique role playing (would have said sim at the time, but that no longer fits my definition) flavor. Everything you found in a GT game before GT5 was just too much. Too cool. GT4 really perfected the used car dealership. Waiting for those black GT1/Group C cars, better believe I

GT2 was also my introduction to the series (and racing sims). I loved the used car dealership concept and wish more racing games offered something similar.

The Stratus was in the British Touring Car Championship.

Nice overall, but for cryin’ out loud, after thousands of years of seat design, do they really have to be this uninviting? The DMV has more comfortable places to sit—that looks like a step up from high school’s Visitors bleachers.

Not to mention the OTHER leaks, other than those mentioned, that thing surely has. There’s no way those two halves fit together PERFECTLY. One strong rainstorm and I’m sure this thing will leak like a sieve.

I’m thinking the current leaks were the nail in the coffin and the owner just noped out of dealing with it. Or was told to get rid of it.

This. So much this. I can’t comprehend that this dude did this project specifically to carry his kids around...

100% CP for any car, any price, that’s two halves of a car welded together by anyone except the manufacturer themselves. Even the slightest error on a mechanical or metallurgic scale compromises the crash structure, and I’d rather not become an automotive panini when Susan gets distracted by an iMessage and runs the

So they spent hundreds of hours documenting and customizing this Frankenstein; Showing what a labor of love this was and how it a massive undertaking....but then they ho-hum the leaks? Sorry Crackie, but ur pipe goes empty at that price today!

Agreed. There isn’t a conspiracy. Ferarri wanted the 1-2, this gave it to them. As to the order, they simply don’t care

I’m just here to say I very much enjoy your handle.

Absolutely, 100% this.

It worked out poorly for LeClerc, but at the moment the call was made it was far from 100% clear that this would be the result.

I agree. It’s pretty simple, really.

Totally agree. Also, I find the narrative Hogan’s trying to drum-up in this post to be fucking annoying.

I can’t completely agree with the “Charles got screwed” angle. He had 40 laps to take his position back. To say that a pit decision on lap 20 robbed him of a win is disrespectful to Vettel’s obvious talent as well as Seb’s somehow newfound ability to not make stupid mistakes under pressure.
