Life becomes much easier once you come to terms with the fact that you will always have a giant mess of tangled cords no matter how hard you try to get rid of it.

Also true for ATM/debit cards. If you haven’t used it for a time, the bank may forego sending you a new one when it expires, leaving you with an expired card when you eventually do try to use it.

Long time bike commuter here (although, sadly, not for the past year or so). My opinions:

I use Downcast (have for years) and find that it works very well. To answer your specific gripe, you can easily mark episodes as already played. I do not iCloud Sync across different devices so I can’t speak to that, but in my experience that has never worked right for any app.

You don’t actually see it ascending and descending? It just instantaneously appears up on the air and back on the ground? Suspicious.
