@tiredtyrant: Agreed. I always thought it would come naturally, a console Pokemon rpg, where you run around as the trainer all over the world collecting pokemon and battling in open fields, so almost exactly like the portable games, just in 3D with better visuals.

@tenshi_a: I think the news post is a bit misleading, as it doesn't give any details on what you get.

This reminds me of the chess event in WoW's Karazhan. Really good fun.

@derek.goeckeritz: Funnily enough, most people i met playing WoW were married, with kids.

@MrBrutesnipe: That's about their only good point though. The only problem i have with the allied AI is how bad they are as warthog gunners. This is where you need them to be good. Having them not shoot at a ghost that is roughly 30 feet in front of you is pretty bad. You basically have to dirve real close (which is

@Chicken Pawks: Tell me about it. Playing on Legendary really high lights how awful the allied AI is, especially if you are playing solo and are forced to use vehicles with the marines or spartans in.

@Hyperion45: I suspect we all have tales about how god awful the friendly allied AI is. Worst part is Kat on second mission standing right next to you. I tried strafing to avoid concussion rifle shots, only to find Kat was standing right next to me so i walked into her and got blocked, killing me.

@TheHavik: Couldn't agree more. A missed opportunity indeed.

@KiwiMan: He also can't sprint past the parts that require you to hit a switch, these normally have enemies guarding them.

@SirNinja: Agreed, that was the best part from me as well. I didn't even know vehicles could pass through the teleporters, let alone it could build up speed from teleporter to teleporter. So portal like.

@Alex_Mexico: I believe i read for Japan its only on PS3, while in the west it'll be on the 360 as well as the PS3.

I don't quite understand why they changed him. Was it to appeal more to a western audience? I mean, its not like the original Dante didn't do that already. So its a bit confusing why there was a need to give him a make over.

@Archaotic: Played through the entire game twice now, there are no bugs what so ever in campaign, although there is however noticeable frame rate drop in some areas.

So i'm pretty sure ol' Bobby has been smoking weed or something. His suggested price is, ridiculous. I've never bought a movie on DVD for that price and i'm sure no one else does either. More to the point, you can't just rip cutscenes from a game and make a movie out of it. Lots of the story telling can take place in

You'd think that with all the influence Valve has, they'd get through to Microsoft. I mean, you'd THINK Microsoft would want to have the superior versions of Valve games on their platform, instead of it being on the other HD console system.

It does look like a meaty package, but then again for the money you pay for it, you'd expect to get nothing less.

@Alternate: Well, the journey there will probably be far more important and make up for it.

Not really any different to how things are handled over here in the west. I remember Ken saying many times that Bioshock was never coming to PS3 and it eventually did, despite him saying many times it absolutely was not. There are of course, countless examples of this from this generation.

I don't even know what they could add in DLC that would even get me interested. A dungeon to run around in and kill big stuff? Not interested really. More story related stuff? Story in FFXIII wasn't exactly all that great to begin with, so i'm not sure how they could add-on anything interesting.

@Tr1ppy: You know, having Warthogs drive around city areas promoting the game sounds like a fantastic idea, actually. :P
