that was a truly remarkably bad play.  i mean it was so bad, that even the bengals should be bad for being part of it.  even though they did nothing wrong.

its a quote from his teammate, talking about his HOF qb teammate... its not like he’s talking about blake bortles.  teammates always rep their teammates, especially the good ones.

on the other hand, it only takes 10 bottles at 5k/bottle.

if you work for a company that drug tests... just dont do drugs. i understand you might think its bullshit that they care. maybe it is, but it doesn’t really matter.  if you’re applying for new jobs and you dont know yet whether your future employer drug tests, just dont do drugs.

“Bowers eventually surrendered and was taken to a local hospital.”

lol, i think you watch too much porn, either that or you run in a very weird social circle.  maybe both.  i kept expecting there to be a punchline at the end, but it never came.

in that scenario, the seat covers arent doing shit for you.  either wipe off the seat with TP or find another stall.  either way, the seat covers are a waste of time.

two things:

honestly i thought the whole thing went pretty well.  dude made the shot, celebrated a reasonable amount, took it completely in stride when they guy shoo’d him off. all in all, 5/5.

id like to see the stats that all NFL coaches use to justify this logic: “the safest way to ensure we protect our 3-score lead is to completely abort everything that we’ve been doing all game to gain this 3-score lead, so lets play extremely soft defense and predictably run on every play”

“No, not really. I skateboarded off a truck into a fire hydrant”

it doesnt. just google pictures of kids in carriers and imagine what it would take for each kid to kick their parent in that region.  seems like a fear perpetuated by people who havent actually worn one before.

i guess its been a while (like a couple months, not years or decades) since ive worn my son on the front, but sincerely having a hell of a time imagining how a kid would be able to kick you in the testes while in a carrier.

in what world am i trying to say that?

Subject is “4 ways the lottery preys on the poor” but the first two are just graphs showing evidence that poor people play it more often, and the last two dont have anything to do with affluence.

capital gains was the right term, but no there wont be a big tax bill on the money you make by investing the lump sum. and even if there was, it’d still be less than ‘not making any money by investing’.

oh cmon.  sure there are absolutely poor people spending money on the lottery that shouldnt.  but for everyone else, its just a source of entertainment.  spending $2 on a lotto ticket is hardly any more of a ripoff then spending $40 to see a movie in the theatres.

thats the answer for ‘how much youll actually take home from buying a ticket for the 900m mega millions drawing’.

lol “You’ll pay big capital gains taxes on anything you make” capital gains aren’t that big, and you only pay them when you sell (oh and if you die, your cost basis gets stepped up).

plus imagine how if you spent all 388M on VTBBX (vanguard total beanie baby index) how much itd be worth in 30 years!
