lol.
lol.
mhmm. tell that to the parents of the 37 kids that die in cars each year. you know there are funded professionals who study this, and theyve unequivocally found that its not ‘bad parents’ or ‘drug users’ who this happens to, right?
said every parent who ever left their kid in a car, before they left their kid in the car.
man there’s people who study this shit for a living, it’s a real thing that happens, and its not shitty parents, its not drug users. it’s people like you who thought it could never happen to them. literally never once has a child died in a car and the parent been like ‘you know, i always thought this was a…
lol
getting your laptop bag out is a habit that you’ve developed over weeks/months/years, it’s part of your routine. if you read the stories / check the numbers, when someone forgets their kid in the car its almost always when there was an unexpected deviation from their routine.
counter-scenario:
or you could just take the time and educate yourself before spouting off nonsense that’s easily disproven with a 2 min google search. there’s no correlation with drug usage.
sure, and this is what 99% of people who have ever left their child in the car have said, prior to leaving their kid in the car.
sure, but dont try to tell me 99% of the time they didnt end up down 3 yards beyond point of contact. not a big deal in rugby, big deal in football.
that first one, tackler is approaching the tacklee head on, literally no way to not hit him with the helmet. you can even see he turned his head to the side to try to avoid leading with the helmet, which to me seems even more dangerous (tackling straight on but with your head angled off to the side).
have had cats in the past who liked to be held like this, current one is a hard nope. she prefers being carried with her arms and legs draped over my arm and my arm under her belly, sort of like you might carry a football that has arms and legs.
i dont turn on the bathroom light in the middle of the night unless im taking a dump. can see plenty fine in the dark to take care of a #1.
dunno, i get carded every time i buy groceries. maybe trump drinks as much beer as i do so he just assumed that the carding was for the groceries instead of the beer.
my comment has nothing to do with economics 101...
so many things wrong with this. take less stuff, buy less stuff.
guys. there’s a salary cap. it’s not that the steelers are fucking with bell just because they’re assholes. they pay 2-4x the normal rate for a running back, they’re fucked trying to pay people to fill the other several dozen positions on the roster.
yeah thats true if all your investments are in retirement accounts, a big portion of my investments are in non-tax-advantaged accounts so i would not have that same luxury.
they’d have shifted, but it’d still be like 50/50. i wouldnt want to be selling any stocks in that environment. and to reallocate things closer to the big day, you’d have to take a tax hit by selling and rebuying.
only problem is when you’re retired you wont be able to selectively sell stocks or bonds. if you retire tomorrow and on Monday the market crashes 30%, you’d love to have bonds on their own which you could use for your living expenses.
