I think they have to, as the similarities are there. But what people are getting at is that this game has plenty of its own ideas, they’re just overshadowed by the (blatant) Dark Souls “inspiration".

This is true. Whereas I wouldn’t go near an Oculus, I might consider getting the PS4 version (once it hits about $100, anyway), just for the novelty that the VR fad offers.

I remember it having a few grand moments, but overall being a bland and boring game, especially by Zelda standards. The drill boss was probably the best thing about this game.
