We got something like this sitting in one of my stations now.

At least 50% of my parking is parallel, so I’m pretty proficient. Though I live in New England where our downtown roads are narrow and there’s only “on street” parking.

Just took a surplus one out the other day. Had an Allison with the electronic gear select and went like a bat out of hell considering what the truck is.

They’re not. The trucks with the .50s are from the Air Force.

“The only things they allow, up in New England, are E-Class station wagons and labradoodles.”

That video is prominently displayed in their “About Us” page.

This crossed my mind and I almost didn’t post the link because of the OpSec concerns... BUT...

pffffffff All dat M3

My rule on group rides:

This has always been my experience. I think the trick is:

(One question, though — did no one ever dyno these cars just to check the HP? Because it would seem it would kick into the ‘clean’ mode, with less power, whenever it was on a dyno of any kind. We’ll have to look into that.)

That’s not how diplomatic immunity works. Me thinks this kid has been watching too many movies.

I’m trying to compute how op’s bike can be 8 years old and only have 20k miles on it.

Well, who’s fault is that?!

“I’d never ridden a Harley before, but I put 500 miles on that bike in two days. Yes, it’s heavy and it doesn’t go around corners all that well. But boy was it comfortable.”

“Was there ever anything more uncomfortable than sitting with your parent watching that grainy sex ed movie in middle school[...]”

I’m 5’7” and a half, 145 and I ride a GS no problem. I came out of an R1150R and was always intimidated by how big the GS was. Turns out that once I bit the bullet and dove in, the GS wasn’t that big of a deal (if you’re already an experienced rider).

Now playing
