Hickenlooper dropped out a few days ago.

This is such a stupid take.  Nobody here thinks Disney is their friend.  Nobody here thinks Disney is the “good guy” and Sony is the “bad guy.”  The ONLY thing ANYBODY care about, is that these are the first good Spider-Man movies since 2004, and they want to see him stay in the story that they’re invested in.

I am so fucking glad I cancelled my pre-order of that $200 collector’s edition, and got the $60 version instead.  At least now it’s a regular disappointment, and not a grievous financial mistake.

I’d argue the good-to-shit ratio is still worthwhile even up to season 10. And there are still even some decent episodes to be found in 11 and 12, but the clunkers heavily outweigh the gems by that point.
