I'm working on mine for WRC

I have the jumps seats (not pictured above) complete with safety belts for LEGAL rear passenger fun.

Honorable mention for the Subaru Brat (mine)

He's late on almost all his turn ins. He should carry more speed, turn in sooner and power through. His technique is more for a grip line than sliding (he's aiming at apexes). On the turn that caught him out, he was just a little later than the others and the overshot allowed the snowbank to suck him in.

When did Jalopnik posts start reading like 'Missed Connection" posts from Craigslist?

Exactly what I was gonna say

Is that Leiberman in the beret?

Just like it says below the words "Competition Oil" it is a racing specific line of lubricants made by Motul in conjunction with Nismo.

I saw one Karma on the road a month ago. Laguna Niguel CA and one two weeks ago in Yorba Linda, CA. After the first sighting I had to look it up online to be sure it was what I thought it was. It was like seeing a unicorn. After the second sighting I was already jaded and pshaw'd it, cause you know this is OC and

Here's the official RallyCar video recap of 2011 Sno*Drift rally

Do you guys EVER want to cover any sort of US rally again? SnoDrift rally was this past weekend. Not a peep about it on Jalopnik though.

and THIS is all the coverage the 24 at Daytona gets on jalopnik these days?!

I think I saw the test mule for this back in December 2007. I thought it was a mule for the California at the time. Attributing the rear to excessive camouflage. This pic was even run here at Jalopnik at the time. Maybe it was a mule for the new FF instead?

As a jalop from a LONG time back, I think this a good move. I haven't been commenting since the new comment system went in and so many people comment that it is nearly impossible to keep up nor have I checked in as often simply because most of the posts are mundane and boring. There are other blogs for that.

So you like rally as do millions of other interneters, but have you BEEN to a rally? #samsmith

I saw one stopped on the side of the 241 toll road in OC this afternoon, didn't look like it was going anywhere on it's own. No lights, owner just sitting there. Problems in paradise?

Subaru has been competing in this race since 2005, and has finished each time with respectable results. Welcome to old news.....

how about sponsoring a hundred of us American racers for $5,000 each instead of one guy for $500k?

@SeanKHotay: Correct. Underneath the skin that "Hyundai" has much of the running gear of an Evo and a few bits from a Subaru.

Rally racing happens a lot more than most people know about. In addition to the links already posted there are regional rallys throughout the USA and Canada eh. I would love to have some people come up to me at the next California Rally Series event (on Jan 31st) and say they heard about it on Jalopnik. I was
