Uh oh, someone got twiggered. I’ve got a safe space you can use if you want to cry out all your angries.

The worst people live forever. See: Strom Thurmond.
Honestly, I'm hoping he strokes out prior to inauguration day. He's not a healthy man after all.
I mean, I thought that was obvious. China basically owning the global south is going to have major geopolitical implications in the next 30 years.
I guess the analytics don’t outweigh the outrage?
It galls me to no end that he will get a state funeral.
Africa, largely with economic help from trade partner China...
I’m all out of fucks to give.
Huh, weird, it should be a slideshow but I might have messed something up in our CMS for it to publish not as one.
My buddy in college drove a chevy truck from the late 70's or early 80's. Not in a cool way- in a “your grandfathers truck with 350,000 miles has been sitting in our back yard since he died and it’s what you’ll take to college, and the family of rats under the seat are gratis” way.
Anyways, we all came back from summer…
It was like 4.3 mpg on the IPC of a virtually brand-new Wrangler a few years ago. I forgot if it was an Unlimited or not, but it was white, lifted, had the 2-liter turbo, and I swear it was on 40-inch tires.
6.8L V10 Excursion. Advertised as ~16mpg highway. You could get that if your highway was all downhill; you took out everything on the inside except the driver’s seat; stripped all the body panels, glass, and doors off; and had a 90 MPH tailwind.
Maybe.
We got closer to 10mpg highway on a good day.
How did I do?
Sorry I tried to upload a few times Kinja didnt cooperate
I am completely whelmed
Having driven both this and the Jetta as rentals, I really wish the market had some level of rational purchasing and went with the far superior Jetta. At least my main Enterprise guy knows I prefer a good sedan so he can “upgrade” other people to these inferior compact CUVs.
I wouldn’t have believed in the existence of a blue Mazda either!
Dumbest thing I hear about cars - I hear this every year, and I live in snowy Wisconsin. “You don’t need winter tires, I’ve gotten by with all season tires my whole life”. To which I say - Have you ever tried them? Take a guess at their answers...
I was looking at a small camper trailer. The guy says “and the battery charges through the trailer connection hookup”.
Not sure what you mean - if so many people believed this myth, I would gladly buy a one year old used car at a 20% discount over new. In N CA, one year old new cars that have not been abused are usually listed for only a few hundred what they cost new, sometimes more. Granted, most of them are lease returns.
For a lot of people, Just having A PRICE is a feature. Haggling sucks. It just does. It adds anxiety and awfulness to a process that does not need it. And it justifies the need for car salesmen. Which are 100% unnecessary. Because we have the internet, we’ve already done the research.
