He probably just forgot to mention that he was asking for a friend.
Probably works if you look female enough and people won’t notice.
It most likely is just like that. If you think about it that whole reducing downtime deal is one of the reasons why so many people get burnout and all that which is probably a lot worse than a bit of second-hand smoke.
Their thought process is simple anything that doesn’t fit their worldview is a conspiracy and trump not winning isn’t fitting theirs.
Not at all in FFXIII you’re doing plenty of other stuff than just reading the script...
I think a bigger reason why people would buy more than one copy nowadays are store tokuten. I’m not too informed when it comes to western games, but usually pre-order store bonus stuff in the west tends to be some silly dlc. Japan is getting a lot more physical stuff like tapestrys and all that which are basically…

Translating “人は殺されれば死ぬ、それが当たり前なんだ” into “People die if they are killed...” is definitely not that good. I’m aware of the context of the scene...
I’ve didn’t say that there’s anything wrong with translating it that way. It does sound awkward in english though. I’m sure it’s possible to write something that sounds better in english, but no idea myself and I’m not an native anyway. Glad that I don’t have to translate Nasu’s verbose prose. ;P
