For me the next 2-3 episodes are the test. If they had killed off Micheal in the season finale I would've just been done with the show most likely, but they smartly did the time jump so I'm in for at least the next couple of episodes to see what they do and where all the characters are. I really wish the show had

That was the theme for the Children's Hospital L.A. gala last fall.

Of course not, but they better have some damn good speeches written. I think it would be great if there was a coordinated effort from nominees or stylists or presenters to recognize perhaps different charities or causes. Like instead of inane banter the two presenters could talk about say The Trevor Project, and

Yay!!!!!

What if God's name was Doug?

He's great in NA.

Yes, I have seen it again since this post and call it "La La Bland," so you comment made me chuckle. A lot of my friends are the same. I don't know anyone who LOVES it.

Thank you so much & thanks for the list!!

Well, I'm happy the show let Mickey be alive and safely in Mexico so that when the show inevitably ends they can add an Ian line about him going down to Mexico. So there's that.

Completely agree. It's overall pretty melancholy I think except for the summer whirlwind falling in love stuff.

While I knew it would not meet the (too) high expectations critics have set up for it as an Angeleno and old school musical lover I was surprised at how meh I was. There are certain scenes that I loved and the technical aspects - choreo, costumes, set design, etc. are fun, charming and very well executed but I don’t

what awards givers are you using for your tally?

I'm shocked that La La Land won a screenplay award. I can support it winning every technical award under the sun but screenplay is big WTF for me.
