My audience clapped after the opening number, which was technically amazing. Next time I'm stuck on the 105 LOOK OUT! That being said, no applause at the end whereas several other awards contenders I've seen had closing applause. Go figure.

While I knew it would not meet the (too) high expectations critics have set up for it as an Angeleno and old school musical lover I was surprised at how meh I was. There are certain scenes that I loved and the technical aspects - choreo, costumes, set design, etc. are fun, charming and very well executed but I don’t…
what awards givers are you using for your tally?
I'm shocked that La La Land won a screenplay award. I can support it winning every technical award under the sun but screenplay is big WTF for me.
Is this particular case you would be incorrect.
Noel has always been one of the best actors on the show and yes, there's no where to go but down for this plotline since they had him do a jail break. It's really too bad.
He did all the research, knew all the drug side effects, etc. There were so many great scenes about this, like the scene where Lip says at least he tried and that not many people would do that, and of course Mickey dropping off Ian for his initial psych stay - gut and heart wrenching.
Wild that there's only one more episode. The show isn't perfect but I will be bummed if it's cancelled.
I love that we are going to be able to see randall & beth meeting and falling in love and all that - how great will that be?!
Nah, the show had been on very thin ice with me for awhile and it was more general fatigue with the show, but it definitely was a straw/camel's back situation.
I haven't watched the show since the S5 finale and based on reading recaps I haven't regretted it a minute/ While Mickey was always in my top 3 characters and often Noel was the best actor on the show I have zero interest in seeing his return. It'll just be the writers f'ing up his character once again and I'd be…
I've had my GFG since college which was 10+ years ago and I still use it all the damn time. I would do an infomercial for the GFG in a heartbeat. It's also extremely easy to clean. I'm thinking this is one of those "gotcha" pieces designed to get people clicking & commenting because it's so obviously wrong.
They eps they have are already in the can and the ratings are low. People bitching about it can only help, honestly.
yep KB & MPG have such great chemistry I can't 100% hate it, but it's solo cliche.
Yep, this show has been my "Leo in The Departed" moment for MPG where I'm like okay, I no longer associate this person with the role I first knew them as an actor in.
Yes is the short answer. Think about the big scene where Frank lived (ugh) that was at an iced-over Lake Michigan. I don't watch the show anymore but i think of it as being a winter show, actually.
Thank you so much to Mr. Jenkins for this beautiful film. I saw it Friday night and I've been thinking about it since.
Saw Moonlight Friday night and it's pretty much all I've thought about since.
An absolute stunner. We had a Q & A after our screening and as the actors walked in we gave them a standing ovation before they were even introduced, I have never seen that happen. Can't recommend it enough and I'm also very glad I didn't know any specifics going in.
