I agree the hiatus was a bit too long. Too bad that it's not produced by FOX, everyone seems to think that seals its doom :(

That's why I got excited tonight too. I knew there would be flashbacks but didn't necessarily equate that with "they will be in Bran's visions" for some reason.
Do you mean the scene where he's like "I'm President Miller! You're all fired! Bring our boys home!" because that scene KILLS ME.
Both these episodes were top notch, I also loved that Winston was so disappointed he missed the Nick/Schmidt "I Love You" because he knows what a huge thing that is for them (even though he didn't say it exactly). There were so many small little beats that worked perfectly.
how is god's name max or jake got through that scene I will never know.
Ahhh, yes.
Joe calls Barry his son and Iris his daughter, they are compared to brother & sister by other characters. Yes, they're not bio related but it's like if step-siblings fell for each other or something. I know it happens but it's still….off. ETA: I know we will never agree on this, I have learned that much, just giving…
Yeah, I just can't get behind it. I know it's canon and will happen most likely because they haven't lucked into a 'Felicity' chemistry-wise alternate, but I like them platonically and their bro/sis vibe on the show is lovely.
I'm going to bring up OUAT as a good example of this. The show isn't the greatest or anything, but they have different lands/stories the first and second half of the season. It's very clear and obvious. So even if you hate "neverland" for instance, you can tune in when those 10 eps are done for "oz" or whatever.
I feel like she plays Cece as being more relaxed and comfortable with herself because of the engagement. It's subtle but noticeable this season.
I was like, "ooh someone that legit hates Jess - and has a reason to!" and I was all excited and then…this.
Yeah same.
I would keep watching at first but it seems so dark tonally for the show I don't know how the show itself would handle it. Others have mentioned time jump which is frankly what I think they'd have to do but even then romantic Jane having the love of her life killed - how does her character not change a lot?
I like it.
Damn, I hadn't thought of that. If he dies (noooooooo!) they'll have to do a time jump but I pray he is only "dying" and in telenovela style is in a coma, or disappears or something. I really would be less inclined to watch the show if they flat out kill him.
I loved that storyline but I love me some Kim Raver & Scott Foley so it was like catnip to me.
Yay! Thanks for telling me this. Now I shall watch in an *ahem* legal way. MMFD is terrific.
As many have said, it's very rare for a show to f up what made it great in the first place so swiftly. Nicole Beharie & Tom Mison were great together and sold the crap out of a crazy/wonky premise. Then for some reason in mid to late season 2 isn it all started to come off the rails and they completely went the…
Band of Brothers is flat out one of the best things to ever air on television.
