There was so much information I will need to rewatch. So much type on screen!
+I dislike that the one true friend (Lina aside) we've seen Jane get is using her
+I dislike that they are still pushing Jane/Rafael. Give them new love interests! It's boring!

I am very surprised they have dragged out the Andy x Haley thing as long as they have, so much so that there is a wedding being planned. They have one of the best relationships on the show and are fodder for a ton of new storylines as a couple. Maybe the problem is that Adam Devine isn't a regular on the show?

I was eating and I literally choked I abruptly laughed so hard at that reveal. Perfection.

Is anyone else getting vibe that there's going to be some big twist with Grandpa Mateo? They have been mentioning him a lot this season and I can't figure out if it's just because Baby Mateo is his namesake or because there's something coming.

the hand gestures during the entire initial confrontation KILLED me. So great.

The entire scene with Jane & Zed was Gina Rodriguez GOLD in my opinion. Just terrific. Disagree on Rogelio though, love him.

Great movie, really moves along at a steady clip and like 'All The President's Men' and 'Argo' before it (and many others, those are just good examples that come to mind) even though you know how it ends it ends up being very nerve wrecking to watch.

Fascinating. I'm not enough of a Bond aficionado to notice things like that. Thanks for the info.

"If Seydoux's character had been the one who got away, her plot would have made more sense. I didn't get what made her more special than every other Bond Girl and why she was the reason Bond didn't just kill Waltz at the end. I also don't buy him just up and quitting to run off with her." 100% this.

Bardem is indeed really great.

Oh, I thought he had a much bigger role than I was expecting and used it well. He had quite a bit of screen time for a (written) smug generic ahole. Of course, Scott does creepy ahole's v. well so he made an impression.

The scenes when he & M are driving to Skyfall make me want to go to Scotland that very second, absolutely stunning.

Really? How so?

I love the way CR established Craig's Bond, so for being the "best turn as Bond" I would give it to CR, but Skyfall is the better overall movie. I rewatched Skyfall this week and damn, it is good.

Tone was completely off and pacing made it boring.

The last thing a Bond movie should be is boring, but this one someone managed. FWIW I like the Sam Smith song, but having a love song as the theme for this film doesn't work, because I didn't buy the love story.

So many problems with this movie, the main one being tone. The Daniel Craig universe of James Bond has always been set up as being more real world & serious. Sorry to say you can't really switch tones to stupid wacky Bond hijinks like this one tries to do and think it will work. Because…it doesn't work. The script

The credits list someone as "Moneypenny's boyfriend" that isn't Andrew Scott, so no.

Me at the end: haha we're actually supposed to think Bond has 1/20th the feelings for this woman that he had for Vesper? No. Just, no. Whether it's Eva Green, their chemistry, the way Casino Royale was written, etc. etc. Vesper is Craig's Bond True Love & nothing they do or say w/ Lea S.'s character will change that.

it wasn't supposed to represent her future, it was supposed to represent her sliding doors universe.
