I did a little fist pump! I was all "woo Wells! Woo Cavanaugh!"

Welcome!
Yeah, Ronnie just died? It's odd. I mean, Teddy Sears is hot like fire to me but come on Caitlin.
Well yes, but it was entirely in character and frankly what many people would probably feel in that situation (relief that it's not something they did / that she's not cheating on him)
Quoting again & stealing from Bull Pucky because this was juts THE BEST!
"I just wanted to say you're doing a really good job as a dad. I've had a really good childhood."
"Thanks, Gene."
"Not now, but overall."
"…OK, thanks."
"No, thank you."
The framing device of them being out at the Trinity site was fun, added some nuggets for us, like Meeks still being there, Frank being known to be alive & annoying Darrow, Helen nor being there (booooo!) etc.
I like him as a character because I love Harry Lloyd & he's fun to watch, but as a character Paul is insufferable at this point. It's WWII, you're building an A bomb, get the hell over it.
I'll be interested to see where they go with Gretchen's crying. As someone who suffers from depression I'm having a hard time imagining myself having the energy to wake up in the middle of the night and drive somewhere, but I know everyone's different. I KNOW everyone's different. I can also see the abruptness of…
I was in "A Chorus Line" in high school. Public School, Texas. The one major change was "this & that" for "T & A," but a lot was kept. Looking back I'm kind of impressed we could/were allowed to do it.
and I loved him for it!
I would like a bottle of Gina in a Bottle, please.
I loved how supportive Boyle was this ep and JLT is always so good. Boyle has been wanting these two crazy kids to get together since season one so it's consistent. And he's Jake's OTT BFF as well. I agree that his stuff was great.
Pepper O'Pigeon!
"Lookin' like a young Denzel, look' like St. Elsewhere!" this show consistently & without fail makes throw away lines like this just gems.
I loved Frankie truthfully saying that she was more excited than sad for Sue. I, too, am excited to see Sue's Sue-ness unleashed on the world and how they will handle it. I'm super curious to see what we're going to get in the roomie? Sorority girl? Mean girl? Goth girl? What foil would provide the most comic…
Lord knows it wasn't perfect but Jamie is great and I'm interested enough to tune in next week. It's one of those "over concepty" shows that'll probably have been better as a one season and done, though.
I described Jamie today when my friend couldn't place her as "Lady Sif but you know, Kyle XY" and she was like "OH YEAH!" so yes, I'm with you. And yes, Kyle XY was a great show for what it was.
Meh, I didn't care for this episode too much, it was a bit too sitcommy. I also really don't like the "Lindsay Using Edgar" plotline as she's doing it so knowingly, that really rubs me the wrong way. And I just don't buy that Gretchen would be THAT paralyzed by buying stuff. Everything was a just a wee bit too…
I think that may have been my favorite ep, a great blend of historical information, nerdy science stuff and personal drama. Plus Charlie & Helen are just great together on screen - the actors have wonderful chemistry.
Looking forward to season two. Really enjoyed season one, but the one plotline I really disliked was the Richard Schiff stuff. There's enough innate drama in what they were doing and how much was secret, they really don't need to add a whole big SPIES?!!?!?! plotline. Can't wait for season two!
