Yes, I am curious how they will replicate that chemistry and plotline, which was a really nice part of the show. While it doesn't make sense for Adam to be back I hope he is at least for a few eps.

This was a really well written recap. Not sure I've ever said that but I really enjoyed reading this.
Oh, I see what you mean. It's an interesting question. I just assume "the young folk," especially those that would be inclined to watch this show, are online more and would see all the discussions about him being real. My friends and coworkers and online buds are mostly in their 30s FWIW. I guess we'll find out if…
Ha, no they are far from 18. I would actually assume an 18-year old would pick up on it pretty easily if we're going to make generational assumptions and paint with a big brush.
I would not describe the show as 'edgy' either fwiw. It has a very distinctive look stylistically (Fincher-style), but story wise it's not showing me something I haven't seen before, it's just doing it in a slightly skewed way and it's definitely a theme that's used more often in film than television. I'm enjoying…
ooooh, I like it. Yeah, everytime he calls's Elliott "kiddo" I'm like "DAD DAD DAAAAD!"
Every person IRL that I've talked to that watches the show has never considered that Christian Slater's character isn't real. I think we are 'savvy' to see that they are setting it up (or at least playing with us with the idea) and it's frustrating, but I'm not sure if the majority of the people watching the show are…
"If my previous tweets weren't enough to convince you, special guest star @ImKeithDavid is in tonight's episode with a brilliant performance." Sam Esmail's twitter
"Every time she has been given the chance to do the right thing, she didn't do that thing." Disagree, she would have done whatever it took not to have that Faith footage air.
I care about Adam because I think the actor has great non-verbal reactions and amazing chemistry with Shiri in my opinion, but the guy who plays Jeremy is just blahsville.
I would guess that the buildup of years of doing this finally just broke her, as it would most anyone.
I LOVE DHWAV, such a great action movie.
I agree, but not sure if the original poster does, but good point!
I don't think the show was ever set-up or advertised as being a 'popcorn show' and if the ep where a contestant's DAD DIED and they turned into into a villain didn't clue people in, or Adam f*cking someone on screen for money then yes, I suppose this ep would also be a big clue. It's a dark show and has been since ep…
Unfortunately the actors don't have much chemistry and as JFC said, I think Rachel views Jeremy as kind of her chance as being "normal," but she's not normal so…
and let's not forget that Rachel or Adam or anyone can still out Faith in a horrific manner, they could just be saving it.
All of her scenes with Shiri were really, really good acting. A+
In one interview I read they said Craig intentionally gained a lot of weight so I think it was to show Chet does't give a rat's a*s.
I don't think this is a show where people will get what's coming to them, but we all know Chet's full of sh*t so at least he's not going to get a new, fancy job.
Who's "descent," Quinn and Rachel have been amoral since the beginning? One of the contestants?
