Honestly, it’s not too difficult to start a new weapon from scratch, unless it’s a weapon that is difficult to get in the first place.

Amazon took over our black Friday for us... We bought an echo show, 4 echo dots (two are gifts), a tp link plug with 3 of those (at $5 with the purchase of an echo device, who could resist), a tp light bulb as a gift, a harmony hub (which came bundled with one of the echo dots). Then the non echo stuff, chanel perfume…
Not directly, but you can buy loot crates, which have credits in them.
The issue is more the insane amount of grinding it would take to unlock even 1 iconic character. You’d average 250 credits per match, about 1,000 per hour. That equated to 40 hours each just to unlock Luke, Vader, Leia, etc. I think it was game stop did a video where they spent $100 on loot crates, and that only got…
Honestly, every time I start the game up, I’m a little in awe of the attention to detail. It’ not just the Giza pyramids, but every pyramid is made to look how the insides are described (with some liberties for the sake of plaforming/puzzles obvioiusly). There’s just so much little stuff it’s incredible.
I haven’ spent a ton of time with the game yet (still under level 20), but I’ve already had an experience with an orc that had been more memorable than any I had in the first. I had to shame an orc, and his title change to the Unashamed. I tracked him down and had a wonderful battle. I dominated him and prompty sent…
I said it when the first one came out, and I’ll say it again now. The nemesis system would be fantastic for an open world superhero sandbox. Multiple starting options (street rat mutant, protege to a well know hero, freak acevident giving powers at teen years), and villains grow as you do. Eventually you are a well…
Slightly unpopular opinion, I guess, but I feel that it was necessary for them to essentially abandon D1 and start fresh. They made a lot of mistakes and the only way to correct them was to have players start over. If they reset everyone in D1, then there would have been a massive outcry from the playerbase, and I…
Not at all. I didn’t play anything but vanilla destiny, and even then I didn’t play any raids or anything and it was pretty obvious what was going on when I started D2.
if any of you (kotaku staff, but anyone is welcome) want to get a drink or anything after hit me up!
There’s nothing wrong with that, but a majority of the 1% doesn’t do that, they sit on their increasing wealth, complaining that things keep going up in price, without reinvesting much of that income growth back into the economy, instead blaming those in worse economical situations for the state the economy is in.
It’s not the content that’s flawed, but rather the service itself. If you don’t have prime, then you can’t access it, otherwise it is $5 a month. It’s subtitles take the form of closed captioning. When I used it, I had a hard time navigating what was a new show and what was old. In general the interface is sub par,…
To address the first concern, I feel like in the full release, you lose everything after the first mission in the beta, as evidenced by the loss of the light within your guardian in that cut scene.
If I remember correctly, I think it said (at least in the translation I watched) “eliminated” which could easily just mean you are eliminated from the tournament.
So wait... Are you suggesting that the autopilot feature just turn itself off after x warnings? How is that in any way safe? If someone is refusing to take control, turning off the system keeping the car in its own lane just leads to more portential danger.
Even if they do, I think I can shoulder that burden. It’ll give me a leg up on the competition anyway.
It’s been just out of arms reach for the longest time.
I was actually quite surprised at hot much story it did have. It was far from the strongest story out there, but it was stronger than most other catch em all type games. It definitely had some cliche moments, but it was fun to watch things fall into place and learn how everything is connected. It looks like the first…
Pro or regular?
I would love to see it implemented in a create your own superhero type game. If you decide to play a superhero who doesn’t kill then there’s a 2% chance that joe schmo escapes capture and each subsequent encounter increases that chance as they build in power and even gain their own super powers until you are at a…
