I will jump ship when the Mazda 6 Signature comes in AWD

Who was complaining about rear seat legroom? My wife has had a 2014, a 2016, and now a 2019 Legacy. I am 6 feet tall and I can sit behind the driver’s seat set to my driving position in comfort. The car is comfortable for 4 6-footers for hours.

My buddy has an LS3 C6 with a Paxton blower and a TiAl blowoff valve. It makes an unholy sneeze when he closes the throttle under boost. Car makes 580whp with the just the blower and catted ARH long tubes on 93.

Surprisingly, you can only hear the blower whine in the cabin if you have the exhaust in stealth mode with the windows down. The car is only about as loud as a Camry under 3000rpm in that mode.

I’ve driven one. They’re really not, unless you have absolutely zero throttle discipline. The power is well offset by some very long gearing. Yes, the car can get away from if you just stomp on the throttle at corner exit. But you would only do that if you think every car drives like an NA Miata on R7s.

Uncontrollable freakshow of power? That was only one of three of Motor Trend’s opinions, and that was only because GM gave Motor Trend a car with basket case alignment, and both the prior and subsequent opinions were extremely favorable.

How did you all forget the CX3?

I imagine that was left in there because the software was developed with the intention that the engine would also go in a new Z car (which may never arrive).
