Does Bradenton only prep the 60'?

“Fun” driving is all about feedback. At one end, you have steering that sends every camber and crack through your hands to your brain and pedals that tell you exactly where the edge of traction is, feeling the car load up on the springs through a corner and the shocks managing the tiny imperfections....

If you took that hit directly on the wheel, you should definitely check your subframe for integrity AND alignment. You might end up with a car that crabs.

From the dash videos, it looked like our normal 6500.

The base car won’t, because it doesn’t come with the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires or the eLSD.

Even at $59,999.99 for a base, 1LT C8, a loaded 3LT won’t be more than 80k. That is a ton of performance for that money.

Z51 comes with adjustable threaded spring perches. You can still lower it at home even though it has coil springs!

There are a ton more little details to be found in the videos that went live on Chevrolet’s YouTube channel.

Love it. I don’t think I’ll fit in any of those seats. Thigh bolsters may be too aggressive across the board for me unless the GT and GT2 seats are foam only bottoms.* And, of course, I still want a third pedal in my fun car.

Color me EXTREMELY pleasantly surprised.

The Rhino is my favorite jet. I. Can't. Wait.

Complicate and add batteries.

Until you can get one with a real steering column AND the rest of the available tech, these are a complete non starter for me.

What happens when you pull the left paddle?

I wish it offered ventilated seats and Android Auto. That having been said, after seeing the two mules on the display at NYIAS, I doubt I’m going to fit in one. It seems no bigger inside than an 86, and I can’t get in and out of one of those without kicking every interior panel. Even though I am likely never going to

The C7 was not nearly as revolutionary as you think. The subframes are almost identical to the C6 and C5. The C7 was the best C5 GM could design in 2012.

Doug DeMuro isn’t wrong. It is a sad day when Porsche buyers are more excited for their paint to sample approval than the actual driving experience of their car.

Sales...which compared to the generation before (C7 vs. C6) over the same amount of time have done worse? Over the entire generation, much worse?

I feel like I just read your heart break.

The only reason to have low profile tires is to maximize brake size while minimizing diameter in order to minimize rotational inertia, or how much energy you need to accelerate the wheel.
