Other than the seasons, is it substantively different than FH3 or is this essentially just another expansion for that game, minus all the Toyotas and Lexuses?

The Thalys PBKA trainsets are modified and repainted Alstom TGV POS trainsets.
Electric trains do exist, but they’re the ones connected to an overhead line that electrifies the cab, which then supplies energy to the rest of the car. Great for cities. Not great for long hauls through the German countryside.
The bigger issue is the shift linkage. The transaxle is likely to be behind the engine to put engine as close to center as possible. Running a small hydraulic line for a clutch is a packaging breeze compared with running multiple forks or cables from the cabin, around the engine, and into the transmission.
Why do I buy this over a loaded Bullitt?
It's ajar.
I’m aware. I’ve owned 2 2006 GTOs.
Don’t I know it. You couldn’t get much more than a 245 in the front because the strut was literally too close to the fender and the independent rear suspension was an ancient, heavy semi-trailing arm setup.
Counterpoint - This is an important car. Without the Catera, we don’t get the CTS. This car was the first step in Cadillac’s march back to relevance.

A beautiful, low mileage 99 E36 M3 coupe ordered through the BMW Individual program in a dark metallic blue on silver LTW Wheels.
Greddy G-Racer for days.
2014 SS sedan.
2014 SS Sedan. That would have been perfect for me, but it was 6L80 only. The sedan didn’t get a 3rd pedal until MY 2015.
Missing Toyota/Lexus and now Mitsubishi really sucks.
Chevrolet wanted to maintain the aesthetics of the Camaro concept car.
Starting in model year 2015. Launch year was automatic only, no active exhaust, no magnetic shocks.
Was not interested in a 4200lb car that is dimensionally larger than both the Mustang and Camaro. I wanted a car that would handle.
