They did a DS port.... Complete with retranslation which fixed all the rampant errors throughout the original English script. It’s seriously the best version for all sorts of reasons.

I’ve played this one half to death in PlayStation VR already, and I seriously considered buying this again for Switch just so I can take it on the go upon seeing this headline. If it gets a discount at some point, because I wouldn’t pay full price again for this one (there are games I would).
The funny thing is, a good chunk of speedrunning methods that may SEEM like unintentional exploits of the physics engine were actually shown by Nintendo themselves before the game was even released. In other words, they’re totally intentional!
Wow, a big chunk of the Amazon reviews on those things are obviously fake no matter how you look at them. And most of the rest might be as well, they just aren’t being quite so blatant about it.

Kabaneri predates the creation of Anime Strike. Therefore, it’s a Prime exclusive, but that’s it.
Wait, you don’t actually think Netflix created the so-called “Netflix Originals” in their anime catalogue, do you? Heck, even if you didn’t know the actual circumstances, them sticking that label on Precure alone should be a dead giveaway. They put that label on series they bought exclusive distribution rights to.
Double paywall issues aside, if you just focus on the service itself, I have two fairly big issues with Anime Strike.
I actually loved this one (and have a whole album full of screenshots of moments I liked from it to prove it). And I cleared it on the first try with zero issues.
I’d rate this higher than the terrible advice to turn off the HUD (outside of taking screenshots) at least.
Blood moons aren’t random, so “luck” has nothing to do with it.
I ordered mine from Best Buy as soon as it went live there, then the minute they went live on Amazon I grabbed one there and cancelled my Best Buy Preorder (pretty much entirely because of 5% cash back). I have been playing with mine for hours (and my Pro Controller just arrived from Best Buy about 10 minutes ago).…
A lot of Anker’s PowerLine line of cables have known engineering flaws, some very serious. Actually, a lot of Anker’s products in general do. I honestly don’t get how they’re so popular, aside from the part where most people don’t read electrical engineering news.

You mean like in A Link to the Past?
But... why? Reinstalling is a massive waste of time.
Neither studio involved has ever done an RPG of any kind. Note that Square Enix is a publisher, not a studio. You shouldn’t base your theories on preconceptions from a specific subset of games they publish that you fallaciously associate with the name.
...What are you even talking about? I’m literally the guy the comment of yours that I replied to was talking about. And I wasn’t calling anyone a troll, I was referring to how YOU called ME one. Do you even read?
[Just came back to Kotaku for the first time in forever to see this.]
This is why I replaced my PS4's hard drive with a 2TB the day I bought it, over 2 years ago.
This reminds me of the first time I played the original Sonic the Hedgehog on a friend’s Sega Genesis and it suddenly started writing messages to me using my real name in the stage background.
Once you “buy” it for free, it is yours. This isn’t a free weekend, the actual price is discounted to “free” this weekend.
