That's pretty awesome. It's something I'd like to create myself so this is great inspiration.

that was an awesome ending.

I think too many people get caught up in saying "I need to spend this much time on something" when really it just comes down to just doing it. If you spend just 5 minutes doing something you'll often spend a lot more time with it overall. I think consistency is key. I always do something everyday that will improve my

I agree. Everyone is incredibly busy but you have to make time for things that are important for you. People always say 'I wish I had more time' yet when you really look at their schedule you realize they have plenty of time.

I have to disagree with this for the most part. It's a bit of a pet peeve of mine when I was looking for jobs, which in itself is a job, and having a recruiter who was helping me say "hey send me a thank you letter". To me a feels a bit like kissing their feet when they didn't do much but interview you. 99% of the

You don't have 90 mins a day to work on something you're passionate about?

This will definitely come in useful, thanks!

Pretty sure dropping a tank on two kids is a bit more dangerous than coughing into a hand.

Right now I have $4k saved up with another $1600 to be added in less than a week. My total monthly expenses not including food comes out to $2000 a month, so I'd be around 2.5 months of emergency funds saved up. I'm able to add about $1600 a month to it. I'm aiming to have 6 months worth of funds saved up but at the

I'm debt free thankfully but I wasn't always. Lucky for me I had a six month deployment that allowed me to completely pay off my debt (about $16k) in full. I was under pressure at the time because I was about a year out from leaving the military and at the end of the deployment I was going to be getting married.

I find it odd that hybrids don't really get that much better gas mileage than similar all fuel cars. I was looking at newer hybrids similar to my car, I drive an 05 Civic Si, and the gas mileage really isn't that much better than the one I have now. So what exactly is the point of having a hybrid? Shouldn't they be

I didn't go to college, well I went for about six months then decided it wasn't for me. Ironically I joined the military because I wanted to go to school. I wanted to become a game developer. 8 years later and two schools later I realized I didn't want to spend 4 years in college to learn something I could easily

I agree. I never played WoW myself but damn if this trailer isn't awesome.

I spent 8 years in the Air Force (and had three different jobs while I was in) pretty much a year after I graduated high school and just got out last November so I'm fairly new to the civilian job force once again. Since I've been out I've had 3 jobs, the one I'm currently at being my third. I work in IT but honestly

I had a PS3 then sold it and ever since have just used a PC. I was planning on getting a PS4 for MGSV (I got a PS3 because of MGS4) but then when I heard it was coming to PC I decided I'll hold off. I don't even own a TV so I don't think I'll be getting one.

Hah it looks like this list hasn't changed much from the last time I saw it a few years back. I remember when I was stationed in Las Vegas and bought an o5 civic Si which I still own till this day. It came with a "Viper" security system but I wanted something that made it much harder.

I'd definitely love to see what they end up saying is the best motion control system is. I'm looking at getting a DK2 and a VR suit of some kind. I was leaning heavily to the PrioVR suit but I also really like the "ControlVR" setup that uses gloves for precise finger/hand movements. Unfortunately they both have their

We should also let those guys at Facepunch Studios that Rust should be scrapped since it was built with an inferior engine.

Unity isn't a "beginner program", plenty of big studios use it all the time. It's all dependent on your experience level. Unity is definitely getting bigger and bigger and I believe with Unity 5 it'll definitely be even better. Usually people who say Unity isn't as good has no experience using it.

I think one of the most important things is to promote in way that feels natural. Try to build a relationship with your audience and it'll go a lot further than trying to spam out an email to thousands of people that just feels like no thought or consideration was put into it. I often recommend other people's work as
