Final Fantasy has a rich lore and tradition that carries itself throughout the games most of the time. FFXIII had a few passing glances to the lore but that’s about it. So far from what I’ve seen, FFXV has at least more FF staples than FFXIII had.

Well dammit.

Surprised whoever owns Ghost Busters isn’t getting in on this act too.

FFXIV rekindled the... well fantasy aspect of the series. It felt like I was playing something out of the 8-bit and 16-bit era.

The thing that bothered me about FFXIII is that I felt very few of the Final Fantasy staples were there. They could’ve called it another name and I wouldn’t know it was supposed to be a Final Fantasy game.

Will you take $2000 and a PT cruiser?

As much as you sound like you’re going after customer protection, it’s either this or Blizzard does nothing and lets cheaters run rampant because they “can’t prove” the person cheated. And nobody plays the game anymore.

Satire aside, if there’s one thing that I think I’m doing “right”: don’t install crap just because you can.

Talk to the businesses who have a sign that says “We reserve the right to refuse service” first.

Amazon is becoming notorious for shady businesses. A few threads on a forum I go to popped up with asking if a seller posting a $30 500GB SSD is legit (they normally go for anywhere between $180-$250). Then there’s the people who list a really low price on the item, but then make up the difference with shipping.

So you think by removing device or declaring the device was never installed properly, you can park illegally and avoid paying the fine?

The device is meant to give you an incentive to pay the fine. The fact the fine exists doesn’t go away if the device was removed “illegally” or improperly installed.

When a cop writes you up, they normally put you in their system. This is why you can’t claim you never got a ticket by simply tossing it away to avoid paying it.

So because you don’t respect a law, you think it’s okay to break it?

So what you’re saying is fuck the law?

The other counter point though is what class of bikes do you normally ride on track days? My assumption is this only works well for sport bikes or similar. This does nothing if the person wants to ride a cruiser or standard bike like a larger version of the one shown in the article.

To confirm, you were agreeing with me? It sounded like you weren’t.

Because the state wants you to handle the infraction now?

They may not send someone after you to collect the fee, but there’s still the fact that you’ve been Barnacled is recorded somewhere (hopefully). If you get pulled over and the officer finds out you have an outstanding fine you never paid, then what?
