You are correct about the AMD's. The Athlon XP series was branded to reflect how they would compare to Intel's chips. For example my old Athlon XP 1800+ was clocked at 1.53GHz but performance was comparable to a P4 running at 1.8 GHz (thus the 1800+ model name).

Clock speed means all of nothing. Especially when you are comparing an Intel based chip, a PowerPC based chip and a Cell Processor. The nearly 10 year old Pentuim 4 HT (Northwood) ran at 3.4GHz. My current i5 2600K runs at the same but performance between the two is night and day.

What is really surprising is that the Pixar movie really seemed to lack the pixar magic. I liked Brave but it wasn't really up to the standard I expect from pixar storytelling. On the other hand the Disney movie had a great story with lovable characters and a fun plot.

It is the PS2's CPU. The 60gb launch PS3's didn't just have ps2 backwards compatibility they pretty much contained a PS2 within the system so nothing would actually need to be emulated.

Up until recent history France has always been a powerful nation in wartime and to be fair the WWII defeat was more because they were completely taken off guard (Germany was in economic turmoil and besides they had that fancy wall along the border)

This is likely going to pull me onto the wiiU platform as well. I am waiting to see how it integrates with the 3DS version but MHU3 is going to be one of those tipping points.
