The medals for the games (barring puzzle swap) seem to indicate that you’ve got the ‘I finished the game’ hat. Rather than doing the game completely, i.e. all tickets.
I think Suna should get back to practising Karuta.
Unfortunately I think Billy Bat is the only one of his (recent at least) works that doesn't have an official release in the West. Based on the links to buy / watch things legally above, that would probably be why it's not included.
The listing of Yotsuba&! mentioned Azumanga, because it's by the same guy. It's also better and more accessible. Just about the only way you won't enjoy it is if you hate children.
And this everyone is why people don't like anime fans.
Thumbs up for Yotsuba&! and the Urasawa works. If someone's into Sci-fi I'd prob suggest going with Pluto first, since it pretty short compared to his other works.
I think I saw a comment from the person Yano-san is based on that she wouldn’t have left the industry if it was really like Shirobako.
He’s meant to be Shirobako’s director when he was younger.
Other female characters from the main cast (Goth-loli-sama, Yano) are meant to be based on real people too, but they’re not famous real people.
The Bones guy is meant to be pretty much like that...
Descriptions I’ve seen elsewhere have described it otherwise, and it looks like the comments wrt to Blue vs Red above caused confusion.
I think Brian interpreted things wrong. That’s the stronger form. I think the colour scheme is meant to be in contrast to the power level?
This makes the biggest YGO tournament, the 100th YCS at Long Beach, look small with only 4364 players.
They’re doing that too. Viz Europe has that at least I think.
I think it’s the easier sell to kids, but it would raise the issues with back story like you mention.
